The Saint Paul Home and School Association serves to coordinate the spiritual and educational forces of the home and school in a program of Catholic child education;  to offer thorough and well planned programs information of particular interest to parents; to encourage the maintenance of high standards of family life; to create a greater appreciation of Catholic education; and to promote cooperation between all Diocesan organizations working for the advancement of Christian education in Catholic homes and schools. 

The Association will uphold the Mission Statement of the School which reads "The mission of Saint Paul the Apostle Catholic School is to proclaim the Gospel message within a caring community that fosters academic excellence, personal integrity, leadership, and a life of Christian service".
